Bagging scale with pipe metal detector

Requirement

Our customer, a food wholesaler, needed a space-saving solution that would implement both a filling process and an inspection solution. The aim was to find a system that would work efficiently with the high-quality raw materials.

The solution

We developed a combined solution of a filling system with a tubular metal detector that meets these requirements. This system is used for a powdery food product with good flowability.

Embedded in the existing piping systems, the combined system fills granulates, fibers and shreds directly into the large or small containers. At the same time, it checks for the smallest magnetic and non-magnetic metal impurities. Separation prior to filling guarantees gentle discharge of raw materials.
The system can be adapted to containers such as sacks, big bags, etc. A weighing bridge for small containers that can be folded down into the working position provides particular flexibility and can optionally be combined with an additional floor scale or drive-through scale for large containers.

The direct integration of the metal detector into the filling process enables efficient and seamless inspection. Any impurities are detected and ejected immediately, saving you time and money and optimizing quality assurance.

In addition, thanks to its design, our system can be moved effortlessly on transport rollers, which increases the flexibility of your production processes and boosts your efficiency.
