Certification
We are certified by the PTB for the Weighing and Measuring Instruments Directive, which allows us as a manufacturer to market scales for use in legal metrology directly (modules B & D). This means that we can ensure the prompt use of the scales/measuring instruments without the direct involvement of state authorities. In some cases, this is possible directly ex works. In the event of defects in scales and measuring instruments in legal metrology, repairs in Germany must be carried out by a qualified company.
We have such an approval from the MEN Hannover as a repair company NI555 for the entire federal territory. After a legal repair, the scale can be used directly in legal metrology. Production stoppages can be massively reduced in this way. The scales and measuring devices are then officially verified at a later date as agreed with you.
