We were able to convince another customer, who in this case specialised in the production of potato products, with a customised solution.
The challenge in this case was an automatic tendency control to an upstream multi-head weigher in order to reduce the give-away and comply with the nominal filling quantity according to the FertigPackV. To perfect the project, we also designed a height-adjustable collecting basket to ensure easy access to the conveyor belts for cleaning or belt changes. The checkweigher also transmits each individual weight directly to the ERP system!
