The HTF20M weighing module is designed for the highly precise measurement of weight on all scales with analogue strain gauge load cells (e.g. silo, container or platform scales) Weight values and status information for the scale are transferred continually via Profibus DP to the PLC or control system connected.
Parameters can be set for a dosing function with material flow and tolerance included in the HTF20M via Profibus DP, where the program can also be started. The integrated display and keyboard enable weight to be checked as well as the calibration of scales on site, without any other tools being necessary.
The time needed to commission is reduced by its easy installation on a top hat rail, the use of push-fit terminals as well as its calibration controlled by plain text messages, with or without weights (GSD-file available).
