Labelling of round products

Requirement

We have created an optimal labelling solution for round products for a well-known meat supplier. The labelling system, which among other things carries out LMIV-compliant labelling, is ideally suited to support this process. The technical solution is also suitable for other industries.

Solution

A divided conveyor belt, including a central recess, promotes the constant conveying of round weighed products, such as a ham sausage. The guide rail is used for the defined transfer of flat cartons onto the conveyor belt. The horizontal and vertical positions of the printer can be adjusted automatically or manually to suit your products. A final roller conveyor serves as a transition to your conveyor system or packing station.
